Role Description

The Primary Care Physician is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA. This role provides comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and wellness counseling for a diverse patient population. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing evidence-based treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR system.

The physician collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and supports patient education through clear communication and shared decision-making. The role also involves coordinating care with specialists, adhering to clinical protocols, and contributing to a positive, efficient clinic environment.

Qualifications
  • Valid medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active Washington State medical license (or eligibility) and current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in a primary care specialty.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills in preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute outpatient care.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort working in a technology-enabled, data-informed clinical environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with care teams.
  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine, continuous learning, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.
  • Ability to work on-site in a busy clinic setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving clinical workflows.
  • Experience in urgent care or outpatient primary care, and familiarity with value-based or team-based care models, is beneficial.
