One Medical is transforming healthcare, and we're looking for dedicated primary care physicians to join us right out of residency. You'll practice in a supportive, tech-enabled environment where you can build lasting patient relationships and deliver high-quality care. Our robust 12-week onboarding includes one-on-one mentoring, an individualized learning plan, and ongoing access to primary care experts nationwide. From day one through every stage of your career, we invest in your growth with continuing education and leadership development.

• Full time

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date
