- Ensure effective handoffs and communication with hospital teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Adapt to changing facility needs and coverage schedules
- Active and unrestricted Emergency Medicine certification (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
- Current ACLS, NRP, and DEA certifications
- Willingness to work flexible, varied shifts and locations within the facility
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
