Puget Sound Associates (PSA), in partnership with US Anesthesia Partners (USAP), is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join their collegial, family-oriented team. This role offers a balanced lifestyle providing anesthesia services primarily for orthopedic cases at efficient ambulatory surgery centers in the Seattle and Eastside areas. Providers enjoy a consistent schedule with no nights, weekends, or call requirements.
Practice Info
- Provide anesthesia services to Seattle Surgery Center, Pro Medical Surgery Center, and Overlake Surgery Center
- Cases are primarily orthopedic surgeries including a busy joint replacement program
- Patient population is predominantly healthy with the majority being ASA 1 and 2
- Option to focus most of your work on the Eastside
- Option to pick up shifts at Swedish Medical Center First Hill for additional income or to maintain a diverse skillset
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services at efficiently run ASCs including Seattle Surgery Center, Pro Medical Surgery Center, and Overlake Surgery Center
- Manage anesthesia care primarily for orthopedic surgeries and a busy joint replacement program
- Perform regional blocks including interscalene, axillary, adductor canal, and popliteal
- Optionally pick up shifts at Swedish Medical Center First Hill
Compensation
- Estimated starting compensation for this role is $350k to $450k (can vary due to case volume, years of clinical experience, and billable work hours)

Shift & Schedule
- Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, or call required
Requirements
- Must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
- Must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the facilities they will have privileges
- Comfortable performing regional blocks (interscalene, axillary, adductor canal, and popliteal)
- Motivated to work quickly and efficiently
