Practice Info

• Based in Seattle at Swedish Medical Center-First Hill
• Over 7,500 annual deliveries
• Full-scope MFM procedures and reproductive health services
• Consultative outreach in Everett and Issaquah
• Regional referral base spanning the Pacific Northwest and southern Alaska
• Inpatient and outpatient settings
• Collaborative care team including MFM ARNPs for postpartum rounding, 24/7 OB hospitalist and nocturnist coverage, and 70+ bed NICU and PICU

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care in prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, and genetics
• Manage complex cases in both hospital and clinic environments
• Engage in hands-on teaching with OB/GYN residents, sharing your knowledge and shaping future leaders in the field
• Contribute to impactful clinical research with support from Pediatrix-sponsored trials and local academic partnerships

Compensation

• Pay Range (Base Pay): $525,000 to $600,000 based on years of experience
• Non-guaranteed bonus pool participation

• Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1

Shift & Schedule

• 4-day work week with just 18-19 workdays per month
• Home call at Swedish-First Hill with robust support from laborists and nocturnists
• Only 3-4 calls per month and 10 weekend calls per year
• Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis

Requirements

• BC/BE Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist
• Experience in fetal echocardiography or CVS is welcomed-but not required
