OB​/GYN Hospitalist

Join the OB Hospitalist team with Pediatrix Medical Group at Swedish Medical Center-First Hill in Seattle, practicing at one of the busiest and most respected maternity centers in the region. Clinicians will engage in diverse clinical experiences, supporting deliveries, surgeries, and OB triage in a nationally ranked facility.

• Collaborate with an experienced team of Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, Neonatologists, and fellow OB/GYN physicians

Responsibilities

• Support MFM and OB providers with deliveries, surgeries, and OB triage
• Support the ED with routine GYN procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy for ectopic pregnancies or torsions
• Participate in active teaching opportunities with OB fellows and residents in OB and family medicine

Compensation

• Pay Range (Base Pay): $252,000 to $403,200 based upon number of shifts
• $20,000 sign-on bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Work six shifts per month
• Schedule designed with only 6-8, 24-hour shifts per month
• Over 20-days off per month
• Zero call responsibilities with in-house shifts
• Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis

Requirements

• BC/BE OB/GYN
• Prior experience preferred, but not required
