This is not a “build-your-own” role; this is a walk-in opportunity with an established referral network with immediate and sustained patient demand.

Investment in the latest surgical and diagnostic technology
Perform high-volume glaucoma surgery with access to advanced techniques and technology
Manage a broad spectrum of glaucoma pathology, with cataract integration
Collaborate with a large, loyal OD referral network
Help drive continued growth and innovation within the glaucoma program

Requirements
Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA Surgeon who thrives in a high-volume, high-performance environment
Strong communicator who values team-based care Compensation & Benefits $300,000 – $1,000,000+ earning potential (base + production, no artificial ceiling)
