About Northwest Center KidsNorthwest Center Kids Early Learning provides high‑quality care and education to children with and without developmental delays, disabilities, and challenging behaviors. We welcome, celebrate, and nurture all children so they can learn and thrive together. This position falls under a collective bargaining agreement with the SEIU Local 925 union.
LocationDowntown Seattle, WA
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 7 AM – 6 PM (8‑hour shift)
CompensationStarting Wage Range: $54,631.20 – $61,911.20 per year | Full Wage Range: $54,631.20 – $73,875.13 per year

- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education with two (2) years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on Early Childhood Education or related field
- Must be a team player and love all children
- Some experience with children of all abilities is preferred but not required
