$120,000 annual compensation, distributed weekly. Health, dental, and vision coverage begins day one

Relocation assistance provided

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and nurture a lasting passion for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable insights
• Working alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI-driven literacy tools

• Following pre-scripted curricula or using published scope-and-sequence materials

• Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-written curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond effectively to student behaviors observed through these tools
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
