Traditional schools confine high-potential students to lecture formats built for the middle of the curve. Alpha operates on a different model: learner-driven education that scales to each student's capability rather than a fixed curriculum timeline.
Your role will not involve overseeing 30 students in rows or delivering standardized lessons. Instead, you will coach small cohorts of self-motivated learners seeking accelerated growth, deeper inquiry, and ownership of their academic journey. If your success has come through non-traditional channels—competitive achievement, athletics, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative disciplines—and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, this position leverages your experience to benefit the next generation.
