Alpha is transforming the traditional school experience. Our students don't spend their days in lectures—they advance through adaptive learning platforms, achieve mastery at twice the typical pace, and develop essential life skills in the process. Your role is to ensure that our "3 Promises" are delivered to every student in your cohort and to develop our Guides so they can deliver the same outcomes.

Why

Alpha?
  • Competitive compensation for high-cost markets – elevated pay compared to our standard Guide positions to reflect metropolitan living expenses
  • Comprehensive benefits & leave – full health coverage and ample paid time off
  • Relocation support – offered to outstanding candidates
  • Development-focused environment – access to coaching, professional development, and opportunities for expanded leadership
What You Will Be Doing
  • Coaching and upskilling Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at a world-class standard
  • Developing comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
  • Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to increase student participation and performance
  • Personally coaching a small student cohort to demonstrate exemplary motivational and mentoring techniques
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Creating curriculum content – Guides support students who learn via adaptive technology; your role is developing Guides into outstanding motivators
  • Compromising on excellence – when our mastery standard is 100%, your job is to uphold that expectation
  • Running dull professional development – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, interactive, and energizing training experiences
