LOCATION
NOTE:
This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.
Exceptional schools are built on more than what happens inside the classroom. They depend on someone ensuring everything surrounding instruction runs smoothly—reliably, thoughtfully, and with intention.
Montessori um is a carefully crafted learning environment where students, families, and educators flourish together. Our model demands more than strong academics. It demands operations that feel reliable, secure, and deeply considerate. This position exists to maintain that standard across the campus each day.
In this position, you oversee the non-instructional aspects of campus life. You engage families through transparent communication, uphold student safety through rigorous protocols, ensure facilities and logistics operate without disruption, and guarantee that technology enables rather than hinders learning. You serve as the bridge connecting parents, Guides, and operational systems.
This is not a confined desk job. It is active, relationship-driven, and perpetually dynamic. If you thrive on diversity of work, find fulfillment in service, and seek a role where your efforts directly enhance the daily lives of children and families, this position provides substantial ownership and influence.
