This person will be responsible for instructing and mentoring quarterbacks, developing strategies and practice plans, and analyzing and improving player performance. The role includes actively leading training sessions, coordinating with other coaching staff, and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. The coach will play a significant role in shaping athletes’ skills, confidence, and overall development both on and off the field.

• Experience in coaching football with a focus on quarterback development
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide student-athletes
• Proficient in developing training strategies and analyzing player performance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sports safety, teamwork principles, and mentorship techniques
• Passion for teaching and supporting the holistic development of student-athletes
• Previous playing or coaching experience at the high school, college, or professional level is a plus
