Bright Water Waldorf School is an independent school serving students Pre-K to 8th grade with a developmentally appropriate, multidisciplinary, experiential, and academically rigorous education, engaging students’ heads, hands, and hearts. Our home is within the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Washington in Seattle’s Chinatown International District neighborhood. - A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Waldorf teacher certification or willingness to complete

- Commitment to an equitable, anti-racist, and gender-inclusive environment, evaluation of systemic privilege and oppression, and an openness to personal and institutional growth

HoursThis is a 1.0 FTE position. The hours of the school day are 8 a.m.
- 3:15 p.m. from Monday to Friday. In addition, teachers attend a weekly college meeting as well as some evening and weekend meetings/events.
$51,259 – $93,442 is based on level of education, experience on our salary scale, plus benefits.
