Program Details

Program Length: 8-week (~300 hours from the end of June to mid August)

Sponsor: Institute for Systems Biology (ISB)

Location: Seattle, Washington, U.S. (in-person)

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must currently be enrolled full time at an accredited U.S. college or university (upcoming graduates accepted with proof of fall enrollment)
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent by the start of the program (Running Start students are not eligible)
• Must be planning to attend an undergraduate or graduate degree program in the fall following the interns

The ISB Summer Undergraduate Research Experiences Program is an in‑person opportunity in Seattle, WA for college students passionate about biology, chemistry, computer science, math, or engineering.
