Position Title
After School Program Assistant
LocationHoly Family Bilingual Catholic School, Seattle
Employment DetailsHours:
3:00 – 6:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 12:00 – 6:00 pm Wednesday. School Year 2026‑27.
- Assist in the BASS extended day program for students preschool through eighth grade.
- Support classroom management and create a safe learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with parents and families, partnering in each child's education.
- Experience in similar positions and passion for working within a bilingual Catholic community.
- Team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment.
- Agreement to work in a Catholic teaching environment and uphold Catholic values and teachings.
- Adherence to best practices in classroom management and discipline.
- Must hold all Early Education teaching requirements as soon as possible.
- Salary range: $21.30–$24.00 per hour, determined based on internal equity, applicant skills, degrees, and certifications.
- Position is not eligible for benefits.
