About the Role

Preschool Spanish Immersion Teacher at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School for the 2026-27 school year. The position involves teaching in a Spanish Immersion classroom with 2½‑ and 3‑year‑old students.

• Teach 100% of the day in Spanish.
• Plan and implement curriculum in all subjects.
• Use curricular resources and continuously learn new approaches.
• Maintain best practices in classroom management and discipline to create a safe learning environment.
• Provide differentiated learning experiences for students with diverse needs.
• Build positive relationships with parents and families to partner in each child’s education.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in similar teaching positions within a bilingual Catholic community.
• Knowledge of curriculum planning in all subjects.
• Team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment.
• Commitment to working in a Catholic teaching environment and upholding Catholic values.
• Hold all Early Education teaching requirements before August 21, 2026.
• Current Washington State teaching certificate encouraged but not required.

• Salary: $48,000‑$60,000 per year, based on internal equity, market data, qualifications, degrees, and certifications.
