Program OverviewHoly Family Bilingual Catholic School is looking for an After School Program Assistant for the 2026-27 school year. This position involves assisting in BASS, our extended day program, and working with students preschool through eighth grade.
Hours:
3:00-6:00, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 12:00-6:00pm on Wednesdays.
- Assist with the BASS extended day program.
- Support students from preschool through eighth grade in a bilingual Catholic setting.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and collaborative learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support each child’s education.
- Experience in similar positions and a passion for working within a bilingual Catholic community.
- A team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment.
- Commitment to working in a Catholic teaching environment and upholding Catholic values and teachings.
- Proficiency in classroom management and discipline best practices, creating a safe learning environment for all.
- Adept at developing positive relationships with parents and families as partners in each child's education.
- Applicants must hold all Early Education teaching requirements as soon as possible.
Salary range: $21.30-24 per hour, based on internal equity, salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
