Admissions Advisor
Join us at Orbis Education and begin a career in helping Nursing students succeed! We are looking for a motivated Admission Advisor to oversee the student admission process as part of this unique in‑office opportunity.
Location:
Lynnwood, WA. Work is required 100% onsite for the first six months, then 1 remote telework day per week. Additional telework days may be granted with tenure.
Salary: $50,000 per year.

Manage phone calls, emails, meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions while staying organized and adaptable. - Collaborator and influencer:
Use your passion for serving others to provide exceptional counseling to prospective students through in‑person, phone, and email interactions; promote the University's mission, student success, and enrollment growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required. If you do not have a degree, ask about our degree requirement and employee education benefits.
- Outstanding time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing priorities.
- Clear communication skills: explain complex topics to various audiences, comfortable communicating in‑person, in writing, and on the phone.
- Self‑motivated to learn and implement new strategies; take ownership of time spent with nursing students and actively seek training and coaching.
- High emotional intelligence; coach a diverse range of prospective students and nurture partner relationships with empathy.
- Computer literacy: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Relevant, industry‑related professional experience.
