We are looking for energetic, kid‑loving individuals to join our team of instructors. As a Children's Fitness Instructor, you will teach classes and lead birthday parties using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum.

• Teach classes and lead birthday parties based on our curriculum.
• Coordinate party planning with families to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Lead by example and positively impact children, families, and teammates.

• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, early childhood education, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Enthusiastic, go‑getter attitude, able to balance fun and responsibility.
• Open to learning and growing within the organization.

Hourly: $21.30 – $23.00, depending on experience and schedule. Schedule will include evenings and weekends.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs use movement‑based learning and imaginative play to help build confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
