Full-Time School Psychologist

Exciting Opportunity:
Join us as a Full-Time School Psychologist! Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Washington State school district to recruit a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to support a diverse student population while contributing to academic achievement, emotional wellness, and overall student success. In this role, you will deliver a wide range of psychological services across multiple grade levels, supporting both general education students and those receiving specialized services.

You will play a vital role in identifying learning and behavioral needs, promoting social-emotional development, and helping create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. As a key member of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will conduct psycho educational evaluations, interpret assessment data, and contribute to eligibility determinations and intervention planning. You will work closely with educators, administrators, counselors, and families to develop evidence-based strategies that support student growth and meaningful progress.

Active participation in IEP and 504 meetings will allow you to provide insight that informs student-centered decision-making.

Position Summary:

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines. Monitor student progress and support data-driven decision-making. Support eligibility determination for special education and 504 services. Participate in IEP and 504 meetings and contribute to service planning. Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and interpret assessment data. Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs. Collaborate on the development and implementation of intervention strategies.

Requirements: A master's degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field is required. Candidates must hold or be eligible for Washington State School Psychologist certification prior to employment. NASP certification is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate successfully within multidisciplinary teams.
