As part of a team committed to student success, you’ll provide vital assistance in classrooms—including 1:1 support and small group work. Each assignment gives you the opportunity to foster academic, behavioral, and social growth, all while enjoying flexibility in your workdays.
What you’ll do:- Work directly with students, delivering academic and social support in various classroom environments
- Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance, following guidance from teachers and staff
- Aid students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
- Implement behavior plans and follow IEPs as appropriate
- Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs when required
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- TB testing per school requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed
- Willingness to complete all background clearances prior to starting
- Background in school, childcare, behavioral health, or special education
- Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT a plus (not required)
- Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $28.00. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
