At Brightmont Academy, we help students from 1st to 12th grade unlock their potential through one-on-one instruction. With 20 campuses across the country, we create a personalized, nurturing learning environment where each student thrives.

The Homework Studio is an independent learning time to supplement one‑to‑one instruction. The Homework Studio coach oversees students, motivates them to complete tasks, and ensures a quiet, productive study environment.

Teach students one‑to‑one, tailoring lessons to meet each student’s unique needs and learning styles. Guide students toward mastery using a gradual release approach that builds confidence and academic success. Oversee and motivate students during Homework Studio sessions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area such as English, Social Studies, History, Government, or Economics.
• Patience and empathy—understanding that every student learns differently and providing supportive guidance.
• A genuine passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with the next generation.
• Proficiency in G‑Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA only) and pass a federal background check.
