Marketing Program Manager - Remote

You arean early career stage marketer looking for a chance – you won’t have all the answers or all the experience, but you are highly capable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You are a critical thinker who is intellectually curious. You are highly collaborative but are also comfortable working independently on projects.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will contribute to the establishment of a new function and role within a new department while being immersed in an environment of marketing best practices. You will be instrumental in contributing to marketing transformation and should have foundational knowledge of digital communication tools technologies.

• Support the creation and development of project strategy and execution
• Drive complex initiatives by supporting various project assignments
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes and action items
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Work within a team to manage projects to completion, evaluate results and provide recommendations for future initiatives
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor project efficiency
• Partner across teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and needs, communicating goals, risks, progress, and achievements effectively

• 3+ years previous Project Management experience required, preferably in technology related field
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience using PM tools and software
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks
  
  Proactively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

The pay range for this role is between $104,000and $156,000 per year (based on full time employment), plus employee benefits.
