Salary Range: $32.00 To $42.00 Hourly

Refugee Women's Alliance (ReWA) is seeking a Dual Language Early Learning Lead Teacher to join our growing early learning team in the Seattle, WA area
. This is an opportunity to lead a classroom where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and build strong foundations for future success while fostering a learning environment that supports multilingual development and belonging.

- Pay:$32-$42 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

- Location: Seattle, WA. ReWA's Early Learning Services operate across five locations in Seattle, with sites in South Seattle (Beacon Hill, Othello, and MLK/Rainier Valley) and North Seattle (Lake City and Northgate). Placement will be based on program needs and classroom availability, but we make every effort to consider location preferences and commute needs whenever possible.
- Schedule: Full time position supporting children and families during regular Early Learning Center operating hours. Specific schedules may vary by location and classroom assignment.

Who You Are: You're a caring and experienced early childhood educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences that help young children learn, grow, and thrive. You believe in building strong relationships with children and families and creating a classroom environment where every child feels supported, included, and ready to succeed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with young children in an early learning, preschool, childcare, or related educational setting
- Ability to meet Washington State child care licensing requirements and complete required background checks
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required early learning credentials, certifications, or educational qualifications applicable to assigned classroom placement
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training requirements
Preferred:
- Washington State Early Childhood Education (ECE) Initial Certificate, Short Certificate, State Certificate, Child Development Associate (CDA), or another qualifying early childhood credential
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
- Experience in a dual language, multilingual, or culturally responsive classroom environment
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
