YMCA of Greater Seattle is seeking a Wilderness Instructor for the BOLD & GOLD program. You and a co-lead will ensure the safety and growth of up to 10 participants through backpacking, rock climbing, and mountaineering in the Pacific Northwest.
You will follow set itineraries, manage backcountry risks, and lead workshops to help youth develop leadership skills, cultural humility, and confidence.
