Remitly is expanding into small and medium‑sized businesses, and this position is central to winning new customers. The Lead Paid Acquisition Manager will own and grow the Paid NCA and CAC metrics across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and E.U. This hybrid role requires on‑site presence in Seattle at least three days a week.

• Own the Paid new customer acquisition (NCA) outcomes and targets for Remitly Business.
• Control the budget and spend decisions impacting Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) with full authority to reallocate funds.
• Manage the agency relationship end‑to‑end: briefings, weekly metrics reviews, monthly and quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and contract accountability.
• Run campaigns hands‑on on Meta and Google Ads, including architecture, bid strategy, audience segmentation, creative testing, and optimization.
• Expand into incremental channels such as Linked In, programmatic, affiliate, and influencer‑led performance based on data.
• Lead experimentation: brief creative teams, conduct structured A/B tests, and incorporate winning signals into production.
• Own the adtech roadmap, collaborating with engineers and product managers to scope and ship integrations.
• Define and maintain measurement infrastructure: pixel implementation, conversion tracking, UTM governance, and data‑pipeline integrity.
• Lead attribution accuracy, including incrementality testing, match‑market testing, and mixed‑media modeling with Analytics.
• Make high‑quality investment decisions even when attribution data is imperfect.

• 8+ years in performance or growth marketing, with at least 3 years managing Meta and Google Ads at scale.
• Direct ownership of an acquisition target and CAC, with evidence of scale and impact.
• Experience owning agency metrics and performance reviews, and making decision when the relationship needs changes.
• Deep fluency with paid social and paid search bidding strategies:
  Smart Bidding, Advantage+, custom audiences, lookalikes, and automation trade‑offs.
• Hands‑on experience with measurement infrastructure, attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and QA of data pipelines.
• Direct adtech experience evaluating, onboarding, and managing vendors such as DSPs, CDPs, and creative intelligence platforms.

The starting base salary range for this position is $152,000–$190,000. Equity is part of the total compensation package. Additional medical benefits and other financial benefits are available.
