Campaign Manager, Education ​/ Teaching

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our B2B Digital Operations team, taking ownership of the day-to-day running of partner marketing campaign production. This role involves managing the production intake queue, prioritizing across multiple lines of business, managing quotas, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of campaign delivery. The candidate will work directly with marketing teams and senior managers, coordinating delivery across a busy queue of multi-language email campaigns in Marketo & Message Gears.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires expertise in marketing automation and the ability to bring order to a demanding production pipeline. Responsibilities Queue and Intake Ownership:
Own production intake and triage, assess request completeness, confirm line of business quota compliance, and identify development work. Prioritize and assign work across the team, balancing demands from multiple lines of business against published SLAs. Manage quota across all lines of business and communicate with requesting teams when work falls outside it. Handle urgent and crisis communication requests, reprioritizing the queue and communicating impacts.

Team and Delivery:
Run the team's daily cadence, keep people on track, and escalate risks early. Ensure on-time, error-free delivery of all campaign production and maintain quality standards. Act as technical lead on advanced scripting and dynamic content work and provide production coverage during peak periods. Establish and document standard operating procedures, templates, and naming conventions. Stakeholders and Reporting:
Build relationships with marketing teams and senior managers. Build and manage production reporting, using it to improve production processes and turnaround times. Represent Digital Operations in planning work and advise on production intake integration with company planning tools. Qualifications 5 years of hands-on Marketo experience in a B2B environment, including building and QA of complex multi-language email programs. Proficiency in Velocity scripting for dynamic and personalized content in Marketo emails.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript. Demonstrated experience owning a production queue or campaign calendar across multiple stakeholder groups, with published SLAs. Strong working knowledge of smart lists, smart campaigns, flow steps, tokens, and dynamic content.

Experience with localization workflows for multi-language email at scale. A track record of maintaining process and quality standards under pressure and pushing back constructively when necessary. Experience working in a matrixed organization, coordinating across marketing, operations, and technical teams. Comfort with building operational reporting and implementing upstream changes to facilitate reporting. Excellent communication skills and a process improvement mindset. Skills Experience managing or coordinating an external agency or offshore production team.

Experience with Jira-based intake or service desk workflows. Familiarity with consent management and email compliance considerations. Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $50.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
