, a global medtech company committed to changing the trajectory of lives through innovative cardiovascular solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Representative II to join our Cardiopulmonary team.
As a Field Service Representative II, you will inspect, service, and repair cardiopulmonary equipment under general supervision, maintain quality standards, and collaborate closely with sales and customers. You will manage assignments from the home office, and when necessary, obtain assistance to resolve complex issues.
Essential Job Functions- Perform preventive maintenance within scheduled time frames on equipment in assigned territory.
- Sell service business within the territory as appropriate and work closely with sales to strengthen Liva Nova presence.
- Provide corrective maintenance on equipment in assigned territory.
- Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded in all services.
- Maintain responsibility for all assigned company assets (tools, test equipment, inventory, computers, etc.).
- Complete timely paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks per policy.
- Develop and maintain a personal action plan for skill improvement and product knowledge.
- Control financial cost effectiveness within the territory.
- Collaborate effectively with coworkers, other departments, and customers.
- Communicate accurate technical findings to facilitate root cause analysis and resolution.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
- High level of organizational and territory management skills.
- Self‑management and consistent performance.
- Logical problem‑solving and troubleshooting of equipment issues.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Accountability for administrative tasks.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Physical: 90% stand/sit, 10% walk; lift 0‑50 lbs; perform kneeling, stooping, bending, twisting, reaching, repetitive computer use, pinch repetitive actions, oral comprehension, communication and written skills, mathematical reasoning, memorization, spatial orientation.
- Blood‑borne pathogen exposure awareness.
- Around 75% travel and 24/7 on‑call availability.
- 2 years of Technical College or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Field Service Representative or Hospital Technician.
The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000 base salary with bonus potential.
