We are looking for creative problem solvers who are interested in collaborating onsite to help us establish and grow the business and processes from the ground up. We are looking for creative problem solvers who are interested in collaborating onsite to help us establish and grow the business and processes from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to be hands‑on and in the details of the product and operations, but also likes sharing what they know/learn internally and with our customers. Our team works full time out of our Seattle office in Magnolia 8am to 4pm, M‑F (some flex available).
What you will do:
- Assist DIY customers with working through a systems design via phone/chat/email
- Provide pre‑and post‑sale order and technical support to customers
- Clarify product descriptions from the website
- Research new products and test in a lab environment
Skills & experience you need:
- Experience as a Marine electrical installer or similar experience with solar, off grid or RV as an alternative
- Electrical Engineering education or equivalent experience
- ABYC certified or ability to get certified within 4 weeks after hire (company will sponsor). 80% pass rate required
- A desire to work with directly with customers and willingness to learn and provide correct information
- Ability to understand liability lines and advise customers accordingly
Compensation: $33.65/hr - $43.27/hr DOE
