About the Role
As part of Blue Origin Operations for Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities, you will work directly with flight hardware for various spaceflight systems. Your responsibilities include manufacturing, assembling, and supporting testing of hardware for rocket launch vehicles and spacecraft. You will contribute to producing and developing activities that directly affect launch vehicles and spacecraft, ensuring safe, repeatable spaceflight and supporting the vision of millions of people living and working in space.

- Supporting production and development related activities that directly affect rocket launch vehicles and spacecraft.
- Working directly with flight hardware for various spaceflight systems.
- Ensuring safe and repeatable spaceflight through dedicated commitment and detailed attention.
- Relocation provided
- Travel expected up to 5% of the time
- Shifts available: A Shift (5 AM to 3:30 PM)
- Interviews will include a technical assessment.
- 10+ years’ experience in aerospace or related fields.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Experience in wet/dry installing of hi‑loc/hi‑lite, blind rivet, solid rivets type fasteners.
- Ability to use standard mechanical tools, precision measuring devices and fabrication shop equipment.
- Experience torquing fluid and pneumatic fittings.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Experience drilling precision holes in a variety of materials (aluminum, composite, titanium).
- Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate differing opinions in a collaborative environment without conflict among other team members.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

- 15+ years of experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and vehicle integration.
- A&P license or equivalent experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and integration.
- Experience with assembly in a clean‑room environment.
- Experience handling/installing ESD sensitive components.
- Experience in structural/component bonding, including material preparation and adhesive mixing.
- Experience with orbital tube welding and/or composite structure fabrication.
- Experience operating heavy‑lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts around flight critical hardware.
- Working knowledge of a variety of rocket propellants, including liquid oxygen/liquid hydrogen and liquid nitrogen.
- Knowledge in the use of 3‑D CAD tools.
WA applicants is $36.60 – $51.23.
