  • Support development of organizational IT infrastructure across database systems, technology solutions, networks, and servers
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents, issues, and risks
  • Support development and maintenance of relevant documentation
  • Participate in knowledge transfer activities
IAM and Qualifications

Our technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. Identity and Access Management (IAM) is an important function within the Cybersecurity portfolio. The IAM team manages a variety of identity governance and access management services, including the continuous improvement of our SailPoint IIQ implementation. The IGA Infrastructure Engineer will further facilitate the rapid change of core security services, and enforcement of identity governance controls.

We are currently searching for a self-motivated engineer with a sound security mindset.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience And Personal Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms
  • Implement and optimize large data technologies and frameworks
  • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to resolve bottleneck issues
  • Keen understanding of our culture.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.
  • Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision.
