Structural/Civil Designer (Bridges, Tunnels, Marine) — Seattle. Regular, Full-time. Hybrid.

Contribute to projects that support the development of communities

We are seeking a highly motivated Structural/Civil Designer to join our team in Seattle. You will work closely with a team of experts working alongside our customers on some of North America's most significant projects.

• Create innovative plans, designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
• Solve complex engineering challenges with creative solutions.
• Develop technical specifications, engineering reports, and project documents.
• Collaborate with professionals and departments to gather project information.
• Conduct site inspections and take on various responsibilities as needed.

• Hold a master s degree in Structural Engineering or higher and either be a registered Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or be willing to obtain an EIT and subsequently a PE, with 0 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Participate in professional associations with a commitment to learning
• Have good attention to detail along with good judgment and decision-making skills
• Possess quality planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to work in time-sensitive settings on multiple deadlines
• Be familiar with various structural analysis software programs together with being proficient with the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Base compensation- $65,000 to $87,000 for Seattle location only. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, skill set and/or location
