Our client is a fast-growing technology company working at the intersection of advanced materials and sustainable resource recovery. This company's team partners with leading global organisations to solve complex industrial challenges, and they are now looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer/Manager to help strengthen and scale their manufacturing quality systems.

This role is ideal for an experienced quality engineer who enjoys working close to the production floor, building practical systems, and collaborating across engineering, operations, and supply chain. What you’ll do
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of a formal Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001
  • Own quality assurance activities across a continuous manufacturing process, from incoming materials to final release
  • Develop and improve inspection plans, control plans, and statistically based sampling strategies
  • Investigate nonconformances and customer issues using structured root cause methods
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness
  • Support internal and external audits and customer-driven certifications
  • Partner closely with production and engineering to resolve issues and improve process capability
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering, materials, chemistry, or similar)
  • 3–8 years’ experience in quality or process engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience working within a formal quality system (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Strong working knowledge of SPC, FMEA, CAPA, control plans, and data analysis
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting with strong attention to detail
Nice to have
  • Experience in continuous or roll-to-roll manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to DOE and statistical software
  • Internal auditor training or quality certification
