You will be joining a team of seasoned industry professionals and contributing to a business with an established foundation and a strong trajectory. This role is well suited for design professionals who enjoy project and task ownership and enjoy problem-solving beyond a narrow job description. With seven separate services in-house (MEP engineering, Lighting Design, Sustainability and Energy Consulting, and Commissioning), integrative design practices is required at Delta

We are seeking a motivated mid-level Electrical Engineer or Designer to join our team. This role is vital in driving our project success across diverse sectors, including multifamily, affordable housing, hospitality, adaptive reuse, tenant improvement, high‑rise, and mid‑rise projects. You will leverage your expertise in electrical design to create effective, energy‑efficient, and sustainable solutions while ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
