• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 0-2 years experience in mechanical design for new and existing commercial buildings preferred
• EIT preferred
• Proficient with Revit and Autocad preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn mechanical code

• Strong interest in building science, thermodynamics, and HVAC design
• Ability to communicate effectively with people through oral presentations and written communications
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle, and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in the desire to learn how to build strong client relationships
• Knowledgeable with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
