• You’ll establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance expectations. Create and execute project work plans, revise when appropriate to meet changing needs; identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities; manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes
• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate successful project completion. Set and manage client expectations; communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate options when project challenges arise; represent the company in project meetings; effectively facilitate team and client meetings; develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client loyalty.
• Provide oversight of project staff. Develop design alternatives; supervise design staff in preparation of PS&E; ensure QA/QC process is followed.
• Complete project documents. Initiate and complete any required documentation to support assigned projects; write draft and final reports – develop draft reports in concert with other project team members; review deliverables prepared by team prior to executive-level review and submission to clients.

• 4+ years of progressively responsible transportation engineering experience
• A Professional Engineering (PE) license and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• A passion for serving others, communication, creativity, and a commitment to high-quality work
• AutoCAD and/or Micro Station 3D experience. Civil 3D and/or InRoads experience
• Independence and initiative
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to organize and delegate
• A healthy balance of logic and creativity
