Swenson Say Fagét has immediate openings in our Seattle and Tacoma offices for talented structural drafters. 2-5+ years of AutoCAD experience is preferable, but all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Revit experience is a plus. Familiarity with current building materials and methods is a huge plus. You will be working with a great group of engineers and fellow drafters in an environment that fosters learning, creativity, and collaboration.

Our annual salary ranges represent the low and high end ual compensation will be based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, depth and breadth of technical ability, and individual performance.
Salary is one component of SSF’s total compensation package. Other compensation includes annual discretionary bonuses based on company profitability and employee contributions to SSF’s success plus additional wages calculated and paid quarterly for extra time and effort above set goals.
