What You’ll Do:Lead multidisciplinary projects, providing technical oversight, design guidance, and project management
Serve as the primary client contact, managing scope, budgets, and invoicing
Develop innovative, high-quality solutions across building enclosure systems and construction challenges
Support business development through client engagement, proposal development, and industry involvement
Mentor and coach junior staff while acting as a subject matter expert
What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
Licensed PE and Registered Architect (Washington preferred)
8+ years of relevant experience in building science and enclosure consulting
Strong expertise in building enclosure design, mechanical systems, construction practices, and building codes
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
