Your Impact:
- Lead project teams from concept through construction on sports and community facilities
- Develop innovative structural solutions for community centers, school sports complexes, collegiate athletic venues, and professional facilities
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects are functional, sustainable, and impactful
- Mentor rising engineers and foster a collaborative environment aligned with Holmes' commitment to growth
- Drive quality control and technical excellence across diverse project types
- Shape project scope and resources to balance creativity, budget, and performance requirements
- 6+ years in structural engineering consultancy, with experience in sports, recreation, or community facilities
- SE license (or PE license with active pursuit of SE)
- B.S. or M.S. in Structural Engineering
- Experience working across a variety of materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and light gauge steel
- Strong seismic and wind design experience
- Advanced skills in ETABS, SAP, RISA, or similar structural analysis software
- A knack for leading teams, mentoring others, and coordinating across multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellence in both technical and communication skills
- Lead the design of venues where memories are made
- Work on diverse sports and community facilities—from K-12 complexes to professional arenas
- Create lasting gathering spaces that serve communities for generations
