Aboutthe Role
As a Piping/Plumbing Engineer I in our Seattle office, you will help our clients achieve energy‑efficient building solutions and create a greener future.
Responsibilities- Perform load calculations, determine system sizing and layouts, calculate equipment sizes, and select equipment.
- Complete field surveys and review equipment shop drawings.
- Mentor designers and, as experience grows, lead piping/plumbing project teams.
- Write specifications, participate in project meetings with clients and consultants, and support construction‑phase work.
- BSME or BSAE from an ABET‑accredited school.
- EIT certification (FE exam passed) is a plus.
- 1–3 years experience in the MEP consulting engineering field preferred.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Quick technical comprehension and client‑focused motivation.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000.
