Hill International is seeking an Estimator in Seattle, Washington
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- Optional Certifications may include PMP, PE, and/or any other relevant professional licensure or certification.
- Proficient with large-scale estimating software.
- Proficient with industry estimating databases and other estimating data sources.
- Demonstrates a proactive, firm and respectful approach to estimate reconciliation efforts and change order processing.
- Demonstrated experience with complex estimate reconciliations and change order negotiations.
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $220,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.

- Prepare pre-design cost estimates based on scope and project type.
- Prepare construction cost estimates from drawings, outlines, and specifications on a variety of project types.
- Review contractor and consultant cost proposals.
- Negotiate change orders.
- Review contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope of work and equitable cost allowance for scope changes.
- Proactively identify deficiencies and/or questions and actively assist the project team toward the answers.
