We are looking for students to join Mott Mac Donald’s brand-new 2026 internship program in Seattle, WA. The internship will provide hands‑on experience across a variety of projects.
Responsibilities- Designing engineering solutions
- Conducting site inspections and monitoring
- Joining project and client meetings
- Refining technical designs and documentation
- Analyzing reports and specifications
- Exploring project and client management
- Leveraging digital tools and innovation
- Driving sustainable outcomes
- Building connections through the Early Career Professionals Network
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in the chosen field through previous internships, volunteering, or organization memberships
- Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
- Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
Location:
Seattle, WA. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the office. Mott Mac Donald operates a hybrid working policy.

Salary: $18 – $35 per hour, determined based on location, education, experience and unique skills.
