Pay Range: $70.00- $79.00 per hour on W2
Job SummaryWe are seeking an Advanced Systems Engineer to support ongoing projects in our dynamic and innovative Robotics team. This role involves developing and deploying complex robotics workcells, including the integration of various components and ensuring high system throughput and availability. The engineer will be crucial in scaling our deployment base and improving automated conditioning and auto-recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop controls systems including PLC and HMI applications.
- Integrate components like drives, barcode readers, and remote sensors.
- Perform network troubleshooting, especially in industrial networks like Ethercat, Ethernet/IP, Profibus/Profinet.
- Ensure system throughput, availability, quality, and deployment efficacy.
- Document system operations for the team and partner commissioning and support teams.
- 4+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience with controls systems including PLC and HMI applications.
- Proficiency in multiple IEC 61131-3 languages.
- Understanding of basic network troubleshooting including industrial networks.
- Experience with robotics workcells operation, commissioning best practices, and troubleshooting of integrated systems is required.
