Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of control services on large, complex construction programs and projects.
- Define controls approach, policies, procedures, and assign roles within the controls team.
- Establish reporting formats and solutions in collaboration with clients.
- Analyze staffing needs for the controls team and recommend structures and resources as necessary.
- Oversee the preparation of project schedules and budgets in close partnership with management staff and clients.
- Provide recommendations for project control systems and tools.
- Manage reporting processes and deliver updates to leadership.
- Develop key performance metrics and maintain accurate reporting standards.
- Conduct meetings with client executives to present control analyses.
- Lead the team in resolving project issues.
- Work onsite with clients to deliver results and foster relationships.
- Engage in collaborative in-person interactions for learning and relationship building.
Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 a year. Compensation varies based on factors like office location, role, skill set, and experience.
Qualifications- Minimum of 6 years of experience with Oracle/Primavera P6 scheduling software and familiarity with program management software (e-Builder, Unifier, Kahua preferred).
- Self-starter with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Thorough understanding of all phases of project execution: planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
- Knowledge of construction methods and practices.
- Ability to manage diverse teams and meet deadlines while motivating staff.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Creative problem solver with a learning-oriented mindset.
