Position Summary:

AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a leading global aerospace company, Boeing, which develops, manufactures, and services commercial airplanes, defense products, and space systems for customers in over 150 countries. Join us in contributing to the aerospace sector and enhancing quality control through NDT practices.

Essential Functions:
  • Author and refine Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures.
  • Incorporate revisions authored by the method Responsible Level III in the standard procedure review process.
  • Develop Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD) for specialized calibration standards.
  • Perform setup for non-destructive test or measurement equipment according to calibration standards.
  • Compose procedure figures detailing inspection location, geometry, accessibility, probe/transducer placement, and notch signal response.
  • Report potential adverse trends or anomalous results to ensure high-quality inspection outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of education or experience in Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work variable shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces.
Preferred

Skills:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • At least 800 hours in Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
  • At least 300 hours in Ultrasonic Shear-Wave Testing.
  • At least 800 hours in Eddy Current Testing (ET).
  • Experience with CAD software and proficiency in writing UT & ET techniques and inspection procedures.
