We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Controls Engineer / Systems Engineer III to support the development, deployment, and optimization of complex robotics and industrial control systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PLC/HMI development, industrial networking, robotics work cells, and controls system integration in large-scale operational environments.

This role requires hands-on experience with automation systems, commissioning processes, troubleshooting methodologies, and performance optimization of integrated mechanical and software systems.

Our client, a leader in advanced robotics and automation technology, is seeking a Robotics Controls Engineer / Systems Engineer III to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on automation experience that will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Design, develop, test, and deploy industrial control systems and robotics work cells.

+ Develop PLC and HMI applications for automated systems and machinery.

+ Troubleshoot and optimize integrated systems involving robotics platforms and industrial networks.

+ Support commissioning, deployment, and validation of automation systems.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to improve system throughput, reliability, and operational efficiency.

** What's Needed?*
* + 5-7 years of experience in controls systems engineering or industrial automation.

+ Strong experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and controls integration.

+ Proficiency in multiple IEC 61131-3 programming languages.

+ Experience troubleshooting industrial networks such as Ether CAT, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, and Pro finet.

+ Hands-on experience with robotics work cells, servo drives, safety systems, and automated machinery.
