We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer for a Manager level role within our Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Practice in our Menlo Park, CA, Seattle, WA or Bellevue, WA office. In this role, you will work as part of a team to combine scientific and engineering principles, data‑driven techniques, and the most current experimental methods with robust subject‑specific scientific expertise, to implement high‑value solutions to complex technical problems.

• Perform electrical engineering analyses and consulting related to electrical/electronic systems in ongoing work
• Support project areas that include failure analysis; risk assessment; reliability; design; manufacturing; and others
• Perform electrical fault isolation at IC and PCB levels with analytical tools such as LIT, OBIRCH, X‑Rays
• Conduct electrical schematic and safety design reviews on consumer electronic devices
• Participate at every stage of a project lifecycle: scoping and proposals; development of customized testing; conducting testing; collecting and analyzing data; drafting reports and presenting to clients
• Pursue business development opportunities

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field such as Applied Physics
• Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, controls, embedded systems, or automation
• Experience in designing, constructing, and performing tests in a laboratory setting
• Experience with data centers and power management is preferred
• Experience with data analysis automation is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to work independently or in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to convey technical conclusions to both technical and non‑technical staff in engineering, business, and industry
• Self‑starter with strong fundamentals; interested in learning about new topics
• Presently legally authorized to work in the United States. No immigration sponsorship or processing required.

Base salary in the range of USD $ to USD $ per year, dependent on experience and capabilities, assessed during interview. Manager level and above total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
