* The ASE will provide leadership, technical direction, and support to the airframer and customers, as well as to other CFM field personnel in the operation of assigned engines (LEAP-1B).
Main tasks include :
- Interface with all levels of customer and company organizations
- Provide on-site assessment of activities to anticipate issues
- Provide a comprehensive report of engine problems and customer requests
- Contribute to product and service improvement:
- Identify/capture perceptions and needs of operators and integrators in the field
- Propose corrective actions and improvement paths
- Identify the occurrence of major events
- Ensure effective communication within the front office
Essential Responsibilities :
- Act as the front office for all customer requests
- Support investigations (root cause analysis, troubleshooting, etc.) and closure of quality issues in coordination with the Back Office (Engineering, Quality)
- Record all necessary information in information systems
- Review, analyze, report, and make recommendations regarding reported engine malfunctions to ensure continuous reduction of disruptions for customers

Knowledge / Skills :
- Strong knowledge of mechanics and engine operation, as well as technical expertise in engine assembly and maintenance documentation
- Knowledge of PART 21G or PART 66 or PART 145 is recommended
- Experience in jet engine or aircraft manufacturing is an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills: ability to make formal presentations at all organizational levels, to customers and partners, and to respond in high-pressure environments
- Technical English required, fluent spoken English
