Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager / Regional Client Service Lead

Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager / Regional Client Service Lead

A leadership role combining project management, client engagement, and technical oversight in mechanical design (HVAC, plumbing, facility systems) to grow engineering services within the Pacific Northwest, primarily focusing on the manufacturing and food & beverage sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical oversight and project leadership for engineering projects.
  • Manage client relationships and engage in business development activities.
  • Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts within targeted sectors.
  • Lead and grow the engineering practice in regional offices.
  • Contribute to the growth of engineering services in specific geographic regions.
  • Oversee mechanical design aspects such as HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems.
Requirements
  • Possess engineering expertise in mechanical design including HVAC, plumbing, and associated facility systems.
  • Have experience in project management, client engagement, and business development, with a focus on managing client relationships and projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide technical oversight and project leadership in an engineering practice.
  • Have the ability to develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts, particularly within the manufacturing and food and beverage sectors.
  • Possess relevant technical expertise in mechanical design such as HVAC, plumbing, and associated facility systems.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, project management, or related roles.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Be capable of providing technical oversight and project leadership in a regional office setting.
  • Complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
